‘Roar!’ A Prophecy To Philip Anthony Mitchell – [Proclamation #117]

On an afternoon during the last week of November 2024, I had been listening to a teaching on YouTube when a video showed up as a suggestion, something that I almost never pay attention to, or that very seldomly happens because of how the app is set up with my account.

When I returned to using YouTube a few months ago after a long hiatus, I deactivated the option to keep a watch or search history on the platform. Thus, I very seldom get to ‘explore’ the platform in any way, do not get a home page full of suggestions, and always have to manually type in the name of the video or channel I want to watch every time.

That fall afternoon however, I saw a short video suggestion (I have just spent 15 minutes looking for it to report its title in this proclamation, to no avail) and I heard Yah ask me to watch it, so I did. It was a short clip of a black man, big beard, dressed in black from head to toe, with a sweater that read ‘2819’, very animated and passionately explaining that true repentance is to stop and turn away from your sin, not merely saying it with your mouth but practising it before YHWH.

Then Yah asked me to type in the church’s name and go have a look at their sermons, which I did. As I was scrolling through the list of videos, I came upon one titled: ‘WISDOM AND WONDER | Give Me A Sign | Matthew 12:38-45 | Philip Anthony Mitchell’. Yah asked me to watch that one, so I did.

I was on a walk with my earphones on and listened as the speaker introduced the topic, said a prayer and then begun what he called a ‘proclamation’ of the word of YHWH, a word that the readers of The Fruit Factory are well acquainted with, but that is not customarily used by servants of Elohim in the church.

As soon as this Pastor started speaking, YHWH told me, ‘He is called, this one is a real one.’

The ‘real one’ mention here is in contrast to the thousands of people all around the world who fill church buildings and internet platforms with ministries they were never called into by Yahshua the Messiah, who is the only One qualified to appoint a person—especially in the fivefold ministry—to minister to His body. This calling is very specific and rare, and it was discussed at length in Proclamation #6, ‘The Call’.

Moreover, I am not talking here about being called into the Kingdom, salvation, which Yahshua does to each one of us so we can accept Him as our Lord and Saviour; nor am I speaking of being called to evangelise to unbelievers, because all Christians are ‘called’ to do that, which is the great commission of this faith.

Continuing with the story…

Right off the bat, I could feel the Holy Spirit’s anointing emanating from the speaker before he even began the sermon itself. Less than five minutes into the proclamation, the Holy Spirit was so stirred up in me that I had to stop in my tracks. By the 12th minute, I broke out in tongues! The power coming through this man’s voice was almost physically palpable—tangible. The Holy Spirit was all over it, you can’t make this up.

After I finished that, Yah asked me to watch another message, ‘WISDOM & WONDER | Deal Aggressively With This | Matthew 18:7-9 | Philip Anthony Mitchell’. By the end of that message, I started praising the Father, I did not know that there were men of Elohim who preached so boldly in this day and age.

The next day, YHWH said, ‘He will prepare Israel for the regathering,’ and we went on to have a conversation about that in which He told me that I would be writing a prophecy about it in the future. I wrote it down in my notes and kept the matter to myself.

On December 02, 2024. I had a dream of Philip Anthony Mitchell. It was just an image that appeared to me. I saw a picture of Pastor Philip and as I watched this picture, YHWH spoke up and said , ‘Elder of Israel’.

Right after that, I saw a picture of Pastor Omar Thibeaux and YHWH said the same thing, ‘Elder of Israel’.

Then I saw a scene of pastors Philip and Omar doing this greeting that is quite specific to men, where they are shaking hands, half-hugging with one shoulder and tapping each other on the other in a quick succession of movements, but that seems to be happening simultaneously too. They did that and were smiling at each other.

As I watched this, Yah said that these two are amongst those who will be protected in the hour of trial that will come upon the whole earth. He said that they are paying a very high price right now and that they are His chosen. They are very important to Israel’s future and He will keep them protected. This means that although they will be tried, as we all will be, they will preserve their lives. He said that He is going to gradually show me more people of such importance to Israel in the future.

Yah has already spoken to our brother and elder Omar before, it was Proclamation #27 titled, ‘Pastor Omar Thibeaux, A Lion Of Judah’. Yah has also spoken about the ‘Moses’ of this generation in #60 and #110, and there is a chronicle about the king of Israel whom He has anointed for the regathering titled, ‘Behold, your king!’, although we do not have their spelt out names—yet. I would advise the reader to familiarise themselves with their contents.

On December 18, 2024, whilst I was in prayer, Pastor Philip’s name came up in conversation with the Father. Amongst other things, YHWH specifically said, ‘Philip is one of the elders who will prepare Israel for the regathering. The Black Hebrews will do no such thing.’

Yah has rebuked the ‘Black Hebrews’ false religion several times before in #25, ‘Umar Johnson & The False Teachers Of Judah’, and #50, ‘Repentance: The Only Way Back’, I would advise the reader to familiarise themselves with their contents.

On December 24, 2024, I received the title, ‘Roar!’ A Prophecy To Philip Anthony Mitchell, deposited in my spirit by the Holy Spirit for this proclamation. Today, December 25th, 2024, YHWH dictated the following proclamation to me and instructed me to publish it forthwith.

Without further ado, let’s get to it!

Proverbs 15:12
‘A scoffer does not love one who corrects him, nor will he go to the wise.’

Thus says YHWH:

‘I have decided to title this prophecy “Roar!” because that is what lions do, and you, My son, are one, a lion in Judah. My instruction to you and what you will keep in mind throughout this entire proclamation is: Roar! And do so loudly, more than you ever have.

America is Babylon, she is also Egypt, the land of your captivity. She will never want to hear what comes out of My mouth for she has been given over to the reprobate mind, her fate is that of Revelation 18 and 19. All of heaven is eagerly awaiting for her end because the filthy smoke of her adulteries and abominations is a nuisance to the whole realm.

Knowing this, is it a surprise that she hates what you have to say, Philip? Is it a surprise that she scoffs at, and mocks, the words that I have put in your mouth to preach? Is it a surprise that she is allergic to truth and will find every label under the heavens to assign to what My word says and demands from all humanity?

Philip, is it a surprise that Babylon hates the God of Israel? You are a Bible scholar, you know what I am asking, you understand. Philip, is her persecution of your calling a surprise?

Is the fact that what is supposed to be My church is turning against you to criticise and attempt to ostracise you not the clearest sign of My imminent return? Is it a surprise? Is it a surprise that the foolish hate wisdom and scorn righteousness? For that is what they are: foolish. They think they are Mine, but they are lawless. I will say to them, “Depart from Me! I never knew you.”.

The truth is, you are not even loud enough. You are still holding back. Why? You do know the cost of spreading the true Gospel. You have studied it, observed it in history books and have begun to pay it. So what I request of you is nothing surprising, I request that you roar louder!

Stop holding back. They think they are getting fiery preaching, which they are but only to a limited extent. You know that what I have given you to speak, that sword is at least 5 times sharper than what it is right now. I need you to upgrade the sword and go to the very end of what I have given you to speak.

When you do so, a few things will happen.

Firstly, those who are criticising you now will flat-out insult you and go to the extremes of name-calling. Some whose demons cannot contain themselves will actively manifest demonic possession in their YouTube and social media videos, as they attempt to rebuke you. Why? Because that’s what My word does: it consumes.

When My word approaches you and finds demons there, those demons will feel the heat and will have to manifest and express their pure hatred for it. But if when it approaches you it finds the Holy Spirit, it will only build upon the fire that is already inside you. So the more the heat is stirred up, the more either hate or love for that word will manifest on the other end.

Secondly, amongst those who are in agreement with you right now, those who are only pretending to like what they are hearing because it is trendy to be on the end of Christianity that seems to be truthful, will distance themselves from you.

Little by little, they will start changing their perspectives on you and start calling you “too radical” and “extremist”. They will say, “I used to love this preacher, but he is really going too far lately”, “I don’t know what happened to 2819. I really used to like it here and loved listening to the sermons, but something has gotten into this preacher recently and I can’t put my finger on it.”. Yes, prepare for such statements, and worse.

Why? Because it is cool to be a Christian now—still, but in only a few months things will start happening around the world that will draw a sword in the middle and a choice will be before every believer and non-believer: “Choose this day on which side you will end your days, forever”.

Yes, the time when the ability to repent and escape judgment is running out, especially in America. It is all coming to an end. I am wrapping that country up right now and as I do, things will get extreme on the satanic side, which will force true disciples of My word to also grow to extreme ends of devotion to Me. There will be no possibility to pretend and remain in-between because of popularity, following friend groups, being controversial online, or whatever reasons the false believers who know how to disguise themselves—oh so very well—have for doing so.

Thirdly, we are coming to what will separate the wheat from the tares, once and for all. Christianity around the world is gradually being pulled at two extremes and will be spread into 2 parts, and there will be nothing in the middle. I need you, Philip Anthony Mitchell, to prepare for Me a people who will chose the extreme side of righteousness—unapologetically.

I need you to roar, son.

They criticise you? You get louder.

They complain that you are getting too loud, you take it up a notch still.

Roar! Roar! Roar!

I will not tolerate mediocrity, not in this hour. There is no place for fear, not in this hour. Boldness like the Apostles used to have, like the first church used to have.

BOLDNESS. FEARLESSNESS. ROBUSTNESS.

Roar and do no fear, for I, your Elohim, will steady you and make you as an iron pillar that none will be able to tear down. Their mere words now are nothing compared to the suffering and persecution that is to follow this.

Switch off the noise on social media, in religious circles, in those people you still confide in now because you think you are alike, but truly are not, which you are about to find out for yourself. Switch off the noise and go off!

Roar, lion, roar!’

Proverbs 23:12
‘Apply your heart to instruction, and your ears to words of knowledge.’

Thus says YHWH:

‘I am setting you apart to prepare My people, true Israel, in America for their end times regathering. I am giving you My flock to steward and prepare for the time of the fulfilment of My word to your forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

You will begin to notice an increased conversation around this topic around you, it has already begun. You cannot hold back from it.

They have all kinds of demonic doctrines of devils being spread around the “recognition of who the true Jews of the Bible are”. Satan sees that the time for the lie he has upheld for many decades is coming to an end and is trying to usurp My people’s inheritance a second time by leading them with him into hell.

Since he can’t do so by lying to them that they are only slaves and descendants of slaves, gang-leading, murderous and robbing good-for-nothing people, now he is changing course because he sees that Israel has begun to wake up as I prophesied that they would.

He is introducing and empowering people like “The Black Hebrews”. I know you are very well acquainted with them, much more than what people realise. When groups like that run out of control, he comes up with others like “Hebrews united in Christ”. As usual, always mixing lies with the truth to lead people astray.

I want you and some of your brothers and sisters whom I have chosen out of Israel to come with the truth.

You are an elder in Israel. They will listen to you when you speak. They will apply your instructions and trust the words that come out of your mouth. I, YWHW, will make it so.

Even the Gentiles will listen to you, and their time to join Israel in her regathering may not be there yet, but they must also prepare for the return to Jerusalem. No one is exempt from the standard of holiness and righteousness, not Israel nor the Gentiles. No impure and unholy person will see the shores of that land.

So I need you to give My people pure knowledge, understanding and wisdom about who they are, and what they must become to qualify for the return back home.

You will do it and the world will marvel. This is where the hate, which would have already quadrupled compared to what you are getting right now, will again be amplified some more.

Pay it no mind for I, your Elohim, will uphold you. I will lift you up, because you know My name. I will uphold you in the midst of persecution and amplify your voice in the midst of all of Babylon wanting to tear it down. You will call upon Me and I will answer you. I will be with you in trouble, I will deliver you and I will honour you. With long life I will satisfy you and show you My salvation.

Israel also will come for your neck, but they will fail. Israel is an idolatrous nation, she is wicked still, but those who will chose Me, I will also choose them and will give them all that I promised Jacob. I will give them a heart of flesh that will love Me; I will transform them from the inside out, if they choose rightly.

I am sending you to proclaim that the time for that choice is now. He who puts his trust in Me, El-Shaddai, and walks holy in My sight, will prevail.

Expect viciousness and plain satanic wickedness to be unleashed upon you and your family. The time for this transition in your life and ministry is at hand and so, you must prepare in the secret place. You must prepare yourself and your family for that storm, for a great storm it will be indeed.

Prayer, fasting, and spending extensive time in My word are the way forward.’

Thus says YHWH:

‘Listen, Israel, to your elder Philip Antony Mitchell.

This is a man you can listen to. I am working on him and you will see this man change before your eyes.

3 years from today, he will seem to be a new person. You will look back at the person he is today, you will rewatch his sermons and although he is already doing a good job at stewarding what I have given him, you will see a drastic change in everything. His demeanour, the potency of his teaching, his personality and even the nature of his ministry.

[Isaiah 43:14-21]

“Thus says YHWH, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel:

‘For your sake I will send to Babylon, and bring them all down as fugitives—the Chaldeans, who rejoice in their ships. I am YHWH, your Holy One, The Creator of Israel, your King.’

Thus says YHWH, who makes a way in the sea and a path through the mighty waters, who brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power (They shall lie down together, they shall not rise; they are extinguished, they are quenched like a wick):

‘Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. The beast of the field will honour Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen. This people I have formed for Myself; they shall declare My praise.’.”

As I destroy Babylon, I will be simultaneously bringing you, My people, out of her by My mighty hand.

Philip is one whom I will use to prepare Israel, the apple of My eye, for her journey back. It will not be a short nor easy process. She must be robust to make it to the peace and serenity I promised her in the beginning.

Philip, my son, prepare yourself, prepare them, and in this process, do what lions do: ROAR!

I, YHWH Elohim, have spoken and I shall not let a single word of this prophecy fall to the ground. It shall surely come to pass as I have spoken it. I will do what I please. Amen.’
