Addicted To Their Convenience

I was put in the skin of an anonymous Christian and I was listening to someone preach. This preacher had received their information from an unknown source, I didn’t know what was behind it but I enjoyed it, it sounded good to me.

Then right in the middle of it this Christian began to hear another person preach – me Elvira prophesying, teaching. What I was saying was different from what the first preacher was saying. This Christian knew that what I was preaching was from God and was the truth and they looked at my words that appeared like a broadcast at a distance.

To hear more, they had to come closer but they didn’t want because it would mean forfeiting what they had been listening to so far. They enjoyed what they had been consuming too much, much more than what they had heard come from me so far, even though they knew that what I was saying was true and what they were listening to was false.

I heard the Lord voice say, “It is hard to change sides when you are in error, when you love your error. That is why many will fall away and abandon the faith. The work necessary to accept the truth is too intense, not fun enough, and not something anyone else can do for someone, it is an inside work. This makes it very inconvenient and today’s church is addicted to her conveniences. This is why she will be trimmed down and purged, cleansed and made pure once more. What will be left of her will be true.”

After this, I had a vision of a another Christian listening to a teaching. What they were listening to was filth and poison but that was very neatly packaged. I saw what they were listening be transformed into the appearance of a meal. It was a rotten meal but that found a way to present itself to them as their favourite food and they were devouring it with a lot of passion.

Scripture

2 Thessalonians 2: 1-4

“Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you,

² not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come.

³ Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,

⁴ who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.“

You have heard the world of the Lord.

The Lord is showing here yet another aspect of the Great Purge that will befall the church in the very close future.

The tribulation is one of the tools of purification that the Lord will allow to happen to us so that our faith and allegiance to Him will be tested and proved to be pure.
